The American Legion & Moose Club Partnership is a partnership between the United Way of the Titusville Region and the local chapters of the corresponding clubs. The program provides in-take services to residents in times of emergency crises to gain, or regain, financial stability.

In 2023, 287 households received financial assistance to help with housing costs, utilities, birth certificates, and more.
